FairKids Discovery Club Field Trips
A Day Full of learning Cleverly Disguised as Fun!
The FairKids Discovery Club Field Trip Program is a California State standards-based field trip. It is for preschool through 8th students, and will take place Wednesday through Friday and they are absolutely free of charge. The field trip starts at 9 a.m. and does not open to the public until 12 p.m. This gives FairKids 3 hours on grounds without the public.
Please remember that there are no field trips on Mondays and Tuesdays. Everyone signing up for the field trip needs an admission card for the entire group and parking passes for every vehicle coming on the field trip, including buses, personal vehicles, and vans. No field trip participants will be able to leave the Fair and come back at a later time. Please be sure to pick up your student's bounce back tickets to the Fair at the FairKids entrance from 12-3 p.m. ALL FIELD TRIP PARTICIPANTS NEED TO BE HERE BEFORE 12 P.M. TO BE ADMITTED TO THE FAIR.

The L.A. County Fair is truly
“The World’s Largest Classroom®!”
At the 2009 L.A. County Fair we had countless attractions, from the ever-popular FairView Farms and California’s Heritage Square to the all-new “Under the Sea” at America’s Kids & Education Expo and the Millard Sheets Center for the Arts at Fairplex. Students will also enjoy dynamic and educational exhibits like “Going Green: Making a World of Difference”, “Gateway to Africa” at the Flower and Garden Pavilion and our new Dinosaur Exhibition: Jurassic Planet.
If you have any additional questions please contact Shanell Santee at 909-865-4075 or santee@fairplex.com.
See you at the 2010 Fair!
