PVHMC to Host Free Drive-Thru Flu Vaccination Clinic
Safe, Socially‐Distanced Option for Community Members to Receive a Flu Shot & Cloth Face Mask
In partnership with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and Fairplex, Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center will host a free Drive-Thru Flu Vaccination Clinic on Saturday, October 17, for Pomona-area residents. Participants will also receive a cloth mask at no cost.
No appointment needed. This is a Drive-Thru event ONLY – we will adhere to all social distancing and masking guidelines.
Date: Saturday, October 17, 2020
Time: 8 a.m. – Noon (or until supplies last)
Location: Fairplex – Gate 17 (off of McKinley Avenue)

Eligibility: Must be 9 years of age or older to receive a flu vaccination. Guests must be feeling well and not exhibiting any signs or symptoms of respiratory illness, such as fever, runny nose, cough, congestion, etc.
Waivers: Guests may download, print, and complete the waiver here (available in English and Spanish). A waiver will also be available to complete at the event.
The convergence of the anticipated 2020-2021 flu season with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is expected to cause tremendous strain on our healthcare system.
