Q. What is Oktoberfest?
A. Fairplex Presents Oktoberfest is in its 12th year celebrating Bavarian music, authentic German food, and Der Ententanz (the Chicken Dance). Oktoberfest is a three-weekend long celebration that brings a drop of Germany to Los Angeles County. It’s a fun night good grub, dancing, and cold beer! Enjoy live music from tribute bands performing popular songs from all generations, plus a nightly DJ playing all the best hits.
Q. What are the dates?
A. Fairplex Presents Oktoberfest runs from October 2 – 17, Fridays and Saturdays.
Q. What are the hours?
A. The operating hours are 6:00pm to 11:00pm each night.
Q. Where do I park?
A. Parking is located at Fairplex Gate 17 (1801 McKinley Ave., Pomona, CA 91768).
Q. Am I able to leave my vehicle overnight, if needed?
A. Please connect with security at the entry gate for more information.
Q. Is there a rideshare drop-off?
A. A rideshare drop-off is located at Fairplex Gate 1 (1101 W. McKinley Ave., Pomona, CA 91768).
Q. Do I need ID to enter?
A. Yes, Fairplex Presents Oktoberfest is strictly for guests 21 years old and over only. A valid ID will be required to enter the event.
Q. Are Oktoberfest costumes/masks allowed?
A. We encourage guests to dress in festive Oktoberfest attire (dirndls and lederhosen), but masks or face paintings that cover the face are not permitted. The only masks allowed are N95/KN95 or medical masks that cover just the mouth and nose.
Q. Are backpacks permitted?
A. Yes, but all bags will be checked at the event entry point.
Q. Is there re-entry into the event?
A. No, re-entry is not permitted.
Q. Are there ADA accommodations?
A. Yes, the appropriate accommodations are available for guests who need assistance.
