Carroll’s dishes feature many of the herbs, fruits and vegetables that are grown on site
at our five-acre organic farm. Menus are prepared with peak of the season freshness and crops
are hand-selected and hand-harvested by our chefs and onsite horticulturist.
McKinley's Grille Cuisine
McKinley’s Grille proudly serves the finest in New American Cuisine. Our chefs
prepare menus with peak of the season freshness, using a selection of the finest farm-to-table
produce grown on-site at The Farm at Fairplex. Our chefs also use the finest corn-fed beef and
hand-selected poultry and fish. Our diverse wine list features medal winners from the Los
Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition. Our dishes feature fresh fruits,
vegetables and herbs that are cultivated year-round in our five-acre parcel, produced using only
the most sustainable methods. Crops are hand-selected and hand-harvested by our team of chefs
and Horticulturist Don Delano with variety, flavor and creativity in mind for every meal.
McKinley's Grille proudly serves a selection of the freshest farm to table produce. Our on-site five
acre FARM features California specialty crops including fruits, vegetables, and herbs cultivated
year round using only the most responsible and sustainable methods.
The Farm at Fairplex
The Farm at Fairplex is
a five-acre working farm located on the campus of Fairplex, home of the LA County Fair and more
than 300 year-round events. With more than 150 California specialty crops, The Farm serves as a
community educational component of The Learning Centers at Fairplex and as an abundant garden
whose seasonal bounty is used in the delicious cuisine of McKinley's Grille and the Sheraton
Fairplex Hotel & Conference Center's catering menu. The Farm at Fairplex also features al
fresco dining at its finest. Farm events feature custom menus inspired by in-season herbs,
fruits and vegetables harvested from our organically grown five acres of plantings.
The Farm at Fairplex Dinner Series
This unique dining experience invites you to indulge in an evening of delectable food
and drink, prepared and served al fresco at The Farm at Fairplex. Each dinner includes
vegetables, fruits and herbs gathered fresh from our crops for an authentic farm-to-table
experience. Each dinner is paired with wine, spirits or craft beer.
